Portfolio
Our work
Short impressions of our work in Amsterdam: the approach and the result for each job.

Regular team, three mornings a week before opening time, toilet blocks and workstations on a fixed route.
Ready when the first people arrive, with no vacuum cleaner during meetings.

Weekly cleaning of communal areas by the same people, coordinated with the property manager.
Familiar faces and an entrance that looks well cared for.

Toilet blocks and entrances kept up at peak times, plus consultation with management around events.
Public areas keep up, even when it’s busy.

Our team on location
Why us
Why Smartcleaners
We keep it calm and clear: keeping agreements, visible results and a team that knows your location.
A building that looks as if someone cares
In a clean workplace nobody has to argue about the toilets or the coffee corner. Visitors notice straight away. So do colleagues, even if they don’t say so. We keep on top of it with fixed agreements, so it doesn’t turn into an ad hoc job every week.
Safety is in how we work, not in a slogan
We are VCA-certified and work in line with the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet). That means products and methods that suit the space, and no silly risks for your people or ours. Nothing spectacular. Just how it should be done.
Cleaning when you’re not there
Many locations don’t want a vacuum cleaner running during meetings. We schedule before opening time, in the evening or at the weekend, whatever suits you. No “always available” talk. Simply: when does it disturb you least?
