This service is the basis for businesses that want cleaning as a fixed part of the week. Think of business premises with a showroom at the front and storage behind, or a building where several companies share an entrance and toilets. How a cleaning round works

Before the first round we walk through the building together. We note which rooms are included, what floors there are and where it gets busy. That gives us a fixed route. The team usually starts with waste and the toilet blocks, because that’s where most of the work is. Next come work floors, door handles, handrails and other frequently touched surfaces. Vacuuming and mopping come last, so that no dust falls back onto a clean floor.

We bring our own vacuum cleaner, cloths and products, and choose them to suit the surface: linoleum needs something different from carpet or a tiled floor. Would you like products without a strong smell, or a more eco-friendly alternative? We’ll arrange that. We are VCA-certified, work in line with the Dutch Working Conditions Act, and have colleagues trained in emergency response (BHV).

Frequency and tailored plans

How often we clean depends on how the building is used. A building with lots of visitors often needs daily cleaning; a quiet business space can manage with less. Periodic tasks, such as carpet cleaning or window cleaning, are scheduled separately. We work around opening hours and peak times, and come early, in the evening or at the weekend if the schedule allows. What happens in each round is written down, so everyone knows where they stand.
