Who benefits from floor maintenance?

Offices, homeowners’ associations and businesses where the floor visibly counts towards the overall impression. From inspection to clean floor

First we look at what’s there and how intensively the space is used. Carpet needs a different approach from PVC, and an oiled wooden floor a different one again from linoleum.

With carpet, we start by vacuuming thoroughly to remove loose sand and dirt. Stains are treated separately before the whole floor is cleaned. Hard floors are first made dust-free and then wet-cleaned with a product that suits the finish. Afterwards you get advice on products for daily upkeep, so that the result lasts longer.

Periodic maintenance or a one-off clean

Periodic maintenance keeps a floor in condition, at a fixed moment that suits how it’s used. A one-off deep clean is for a floor that has taken a beating, for example after a busy period or before new tenants arrive. Both can be done outside office hours, so the floor can dry properly before anyone walks on it again. Floor maintenance combines well with regular cleaning, so the same team keeps the overview.
