Which offices is this suitable for?

For offices that want regular cleaning without work grinding to a halt. A team sharing flexible desks has different needs from an office where everyone has their own desk. With flexible working, it’s all about desks that are clear and clean every morning. If people work at fixed desks, we agree what we will and won’t touch, such as papers or screens. Multi-tenant office buildings with shared entrances and toilets are covered too.

What the team does each round

The team follows a fixed route that we draw up with you at the start. At workstations, desktops are wiped, bins emptied, and window sills and cabinets dusted. In meeting rooms it’s tables, chairs and, if needed, whiteboards. In the kitchen and coffee corner we clean the worktop, sink, the outside of appliances and the lunch table.

Toilet blocks get attention every round: sanitary ware, mirrors and floor. Topping up soap and paper can be included if agreed. Finally the floors, from workstation to entrance. We bring products and equipment to suit the floor and the space.

How often, and when

For an office in the city centre, for example, we work three mornings a week before opening time, with toilet blocks and workstations on a fixed route. Other offices opt for daily cleaning, or a round once everyone has gone home. Weekends are possible too, if the schedule allows. With our quote we’ll tell you honestly which time slots are still free. If the number of office days changes or your team grows, we adjust the frequency.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to things left on desks?

We don’t move papers or personal belongings. An empty desk is wiped completely, an occupied desk only where possible. We agree this in advance, so nobody loses their notes overnight.

How do you arrange access when we’re not there?

The regular team knows the route and the keys. Exactly how access works, with a key, pass or alarm code, is something we set down together with you.

Do you also clean the fridge and microwave?

If it’s in the agreement, yes. Some offices want the fridge emptied and cleaned periodically; others prefer to look after it themselves.

Can cleaning also take place during the day?

Yes, if that suits you better. Early or in the evening is usually quieter, though.
